Meet The Team

Lauren is one of the owners of Cotton Salon and Spa.  She was born and raised in Northern California.  In 2003 she and her husband made Arizona home for their family. Lauren practices many hair techniques from refined cuts, coloring to extensions.  She is certified in several methods of extensions including a Master Certification in Bellami and WBR, as well as Brazilian Blowout.  She has a listening ear and strives to make your hair dreams come true.  She promises to make the health and integrity of each of her clients hair her main priority when achieving their dream style. Continuous education is important to her, she believes the best hairdressers never stop learning. Hair is her passion and she's in love with every aspect of it.

Leeann, one of the owners of Cotton, has had a passion for the hair and beauty industry all of her life. She has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2013 and continues to make this her life long career. Leeann is driven by seeing her clients walk out happy and beautiful. She places high value on listening to her clients and understanding their needs. She has mastered a wide range of hair cutting techniques, styles, a variety of color applications, and is master certified in multiple hair extension methods. Leeann has assisted some of the most talented stylists in the industry before making her move to Arizona in 2017. She believes in continual education and strives to stay updated on all the latest trends so that she can always give her clients the look and luxurious experience they deserve.

Hey, Im Shannon! I was born in Missouri but Ive lived in the Goodyear area for over 10 years now. I grew up with all sisters and I always had so much fun doing all things beauty, so no one was surprised when I wanted to be a hairstylist. I have been doing hair since 2016! I love to do balayages, highlights and dimensional color. Outside of hair, I have a husband and a crazy 2 year old boy. We love to travel and eat a lot of pizza. I am always excited to meet new people and get to know them and their hair!

Hi my name is Allie! I was born and raised in Washington and moved to Arizona 4 years ago. I was always that go-to friend growing up, doing everyone’s hair for every occasion and absolutely fell in love with it! I went to cosmetology school here in Arizona and have been in the industry for 3 years now. I love all things color, especially highlights, balayages and lived-in blondes. Outside of the salon, I’m married to my high school sweetheart and have two adorable dogs. I can’t wait to have you in my chair and create the look you’re dreaming of!

Hi my name is Jennivie Cruz I am originally from San Diego, CA. After my husband got out of the military we decided to set roots in Goodyear, AZ with our 3 kids and tortoise. I am a Multicultural hair Artist and Balayage specialist. I love making people feel beautiful and boosting their confidence. I am very passionate about what I do and strive to make sure my clients leave my chair satisfied. I do everything from fashion colors, balayage, locs/dreads and trendy haircuts including men’s fades with designs. So bring your whole family and I’ll take care of everyone’s hair needs. Hi my name is Chalyse Smith! I was born and raised in Bountiful Utah. I am married and we have two beautiful teenage daughters that are the light of my world. Every single day, I live to fulfill God's Purpose for my life. 
I have an incredible passion for doing hair since I was a little girl. Making people feel beautiful is what truly keeps me going in life. I want people to look in the mirror and realize how stunning they really are inside and out. It may surprise you to know I started my Career in 1998 and have continuously been behind the chair for over 20 years. I feel confident in many different practices. I particularly specialize in Blonding, Balayage,  I am Master Certified in Bellami 5 different methods of Extensions as well as certified in Brazilian Blowout. I am always keeping up on the new trends and constantly doing continued education.
I strive to make sure my guests are happy and beyond satisfied.

Jenyle was born and raised in Northern California. She moved to Arizona in 2006 and has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2013. She has years of cut and coloring experience, and specializes in lighting techniques such as hair painting, balayage and babylights. She loves to work with different textures of hair to bring out their curly potential. When Jenyle is not at the salon she enjoys staying in and binge watching a good series. She also loves listening to various types of music and going to concerts. Jenyle enjoys connecting with clients and working with them to create a look that makes them feel good, not only on the outside, but on the inside as well.

Hi, I’m Jazzmyn! I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2014. I specialize in blonding and extensions, but i love anything involving hair!! I’ve lived in Arizona since 2004.  I love the heat and anything outdoors involving water! My boyfriend and I like to go up north and hike a lot with our adventure pup Gale Weathers. I love music, so if you get a serenade with your service, don’t worry it’s free!

Hi, I’m Olivia!! I have been doing hair for 3 years now and have loved every second of it. I find the most joy in balayage and blondes. I am master certified in Bellami extensions and Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments. I love seeing my clients confidence skyrocket when I turn them around with a new head of hair (or just covering those greys ;) ). Outside of the salon, I am a wife and mama to my sweet boy. I love traveling with my family, laying out at the pool, and Sunday brunch!!

With over 15 years as a stylist I love the variety that everyday brings to me. I don’t have a favorite service to perform or say that I specialize in anything because I love to do it all. I think it’s always important for a client to feel understood and be heard as far as their hair goals, and to also understand the process to achieve them. This is why a thorough consultation is key! I love to keep up on new hair trends and continue my education any chance I can get! Although creating beautiful hair and getting to do what I love all day is great, my favorite part is making the client feel like their best self and to have the confidence to take on whatever is happening in their world!
